EC PH Measurement
Probes installation on site is always a challenge! For example installing EC probe in ponds is practically impossible with uncertain water level! Buffer tank implementation exists to resolve this issue. Buffer tank implementation process:
Buffer tank implementation
This approach “Sample Buffer implementation” can be applied to any environment where measurement (EC, PH, temperature) required. E.g. nutrient tank
- Liquid (to be measured) is pumped into buffer tank as sample amount
- When liquid sample amount is available measurement (EC, PH, temperature) starts to take place
- Once measured readings are obtained, liquid is drain off to its original location
Auto dose system
This is a close loop system when its EC value falls out of expected value by adding relevant amount of “nutrient A” and/or “nutrient B”.
The parameter can be adjusted to compensate EC adjustment by the expert:
- Amount of “nutrient A” to be added
- Allowed delay time for “nutrient A” to resolved in liquid
- Amount of “nutrient B” to be added
- Allowed delay time for “nutrient B” to resolved in liquid
- Take measurement reading and compare to set reading (expected reading)
- Schedule to take reading
