VPHR Components:
- 1. Pressure Transmitter of any specific range of pressure
- 2. Interface driver to link up transmitter & PC (Via USB, Wifi, Bluetooth, RF…)
- 3. Pentium Laptop (Window OS) with pre-install VPHR software
VPHR Special Features:
Only laptop, Interface driver and pressure transducer are needed for hydro test purpose.
No external power supply needed (very handy).
Live capturing of pressure result is generated by VRHR software on any PC via serial connection to pressure transducer on text pipe line.
Ambient temperature data record is running in parallel with pressure record with separate pen & range on chart.
No calibration needed on VPHR, only transmetter needed to be calibration.
VPHER software includes user friendly. control for parameter setting for adapting to various ranges.
The radar chart in VRHR software is capable of monitoring any duration (1hr, 4hr, 36hr……) of pressure record.
The radar chart in VPHR software is Auto ranging which is capable of recording any pressure range in a vary comprehensive opresentation of audiit purpose.
The test duration, start time, stop time and date is presented comprehensively at the info column
The online indicator blinks showing there is communication linkage between PC and transmitter.
The capturing of pressure info is instantaneous where any sudden drop (in millisecond) will be captured
The completed record can be printed to PDF readily.
Traditional Hydrotest Recorder Disadvantages:
Bulky and not convenient to carry around
Needs external AC power supply to drive the operation
Needs some degree of knowledge to setup for Hydrotest
