EC PH Measurement

Probes installation on site is always a challenge! For example installing EC probe in ponds is practically impossible with uncertain water level! Buffer tank implementation exists to resolve this issue. Buffer tank implementation process:

This approach “Sample Buffer implementation” can be applied to any environment where measurement (EC, PH, temperature) required. E.g. nutrient tank

  1. Liquid (to be measured) is pumped into buffer tank as sample amount
  2. When liquid sample amount is available measurement (EC, PH, temperature) starts to  take place
  3. Once measured readings are obtained, liquid is drain off to its original location

Auto dose system

This is a close loop system when its EC value falls out of expected value by adding relevant amount of “nutrient A” and/or “nutrient B”.

The parameter can be adjusted to compensate EC adjustment by the expert:

  1.  Amount of “nutrient A” to be added
  2.  Allowed delay time for “nutrient A”  to resolved in liquid
  3.  Amount of “nutrient B” to be added
  4. Allowed delay time for “nutrient B”  to resolved in liquid
  5. Take measurement reading and compare to set reading (expected reading)
  6. Schedule to take reading
